If you have a maintenance request, please email us at ColumbusRentalProp@gmail.com.  The email is checked daily and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Please email us with such maintenance issues like a toilet that is slow to flush or is leaking water into the bowl, an electrical outlet that no longer works, or no hot water coming from the water heater.

If something is in immediate need of repair (as in, it can’t wait until tomorrow), please text (preferred) or call us at 812-528-5624.
