1. I’m looking for a place to rent. Where do I start?

If you’d like to pre-qualify with us, click on the “Rental Application” link. 2. Is there a fee to submit an application?

No. There is no fee to submit an application.

3. Where do you have rental properties?

We have single-family and multi-family homes in and around Columbus, IN.

4. What is the typical length of a lease?

It can vary and mostly depends upon your situation. We have leases that are month-to-month, 6 months, or 12 months long.

5. Are your houses and apartments pet friendly?

Most of our units are cat friendly. However, most of our units are NOT dog friendly. Other pets (besides cats and dogs) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. What options do I have to pay rent?

We accept rent payments several different ways including such phone app methods as Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Venmo, etc. or you can make a cash deposit into a deposit account at one of 3 banks in town. You could also mail us a check. We don’t accept cash directly from tenants.
